My baby is turning one year old today! I haven't decided yet if I should be happy or crying, but regardless, I am so blessed to be her mommy. Adelle was born at 11:11 am on March 26, 2008 and has been such a joy to our family. From the very beginning Adelle has been a little "mama's girl" and I have loved every second of it! I love the way she gives me tight, cuddly hugs and wet, slobbery baby kisses. I love the way she crawls to me as fast as she can, screaming with excitement when I come home from school each day. I love the way she tucks her little knees under her belly when I tuck her in her bed at night. I love how excited she gets to snuggle up with her blankie and giggles and kicks when she sees it coming. I love that she's a fiesty little girl who knows exactly what she wants and won't settle for anything less (which is why we are always on our toes!) I love that I have been blessed to spend every single day of this last year being a mommy to a sweet and precious little angel and look forward to every day to come.
